چکیده

This article presents a more improved consensus-based method for dealing with multi-person decision making (MPDM) that uses hesitant fuzzy preference relations (HFPRís) arenít in the usual format. We proposed Lukasiewicz transitivity (TL-transitivity)-based technique establishing normalised (NHFPRís) at most essential level, after that, model based on consensus is constructed. After transitive closure formula created order to build TL -consistent and symmetrical matrices. Afterwards, consistency analysis performed determine degree of data given by makers (DMs), as result, weights must be assigned them. combining preset(predeÖned) priority weights, Önal vector DMs obtained (if there are any). The process determines either selection suitable alternative should done directly or externally. enhancement aims improve DMís measure, despite implementation an indicator locating sluggish points, circumstance unfavorable agreement achieved. Finally, comparison case demonstrates relevance e§ectiveness system. conclusions indicate suggested strategy can provide insight into MPDM

A Consensus Model for Group Decision Making Problems with Unbalanced Fuzzy Linguistic Information

Most group decision making (GDM) problems based on linguistic approaches use symmetrically and uniformly distributed linguistic term sets to express experts’ opinions. However, there exist problems whose assessments need to be represented by means of unbalanced linguistic term sets, i.e. using term sets that are not uniformly and symmetrically distributed. The aim of this paper is to present a ...

Soft consensus model for the group fuzzy AHP decision making

The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is an extension to the classical AHP that enables dealing with the impreciseness and vagueness of judgments. It has been frequently used for handling complex decision making problems that demand a group rather than a single decision maker. Group decision making aggregates the judgments of individuals into a joint decision. Although consensus is the des...

Group Decision Making under Multiplicative Hesitant Fuzzy Environment

The multiplicative hesitant fuzzy information proposed by Xia (2012) uses the non-uniform scale to express the preference of the decision makers which has a broad application background. The key difference between multiplicative hesitant fuzzy information and hesitant fuzzy information is the former uses unsymmetrical scale in expressing the preferences about two alternatives but the latter use...

An Approach to Hesitant Fuzzy Group Decision Making with Multi-Granularity Linguistic Information

Abstract. The 2-tuple linguistic computational model is an important tool to deal with linguistic information. To extend the application of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets and avoid information loss, this paper introduces hesitant fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic term sets that are expressed by using several symbolic numbers in [0,1]. Considering the order relationship between hesitant fuzzy 2tuple...

Multiple attribute decision making of interval probabilistic hesitant fuzzy information

Hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), which can be accurately and perfectly described in terms of the opinions of decision makers, is considered as a powerful tool to express uncertain information in the process of multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems. The core of the HFS is the hesitant fuzzy element (HFE).This paper developed a method, which using the interval probabilistic hesitant fuzzy elem...
